Hello from New York
Just a quick note...I'm enjoying my stay here in New York. It was raining really hard the night I got here, so my flight got delayed by an hour or so. I'm staying with my auntie and her family in Bronxville, NY (which is about 40-45 minutes away from the city). Didn't do anything much last Saturday because of the rain. My cousins and I just watched a movie somewhere in the suburbs. Yesterday, we explored the city with my high school friend who lives in Queens, NY. We went all over the place--from the Museum of Sex to Times Square to Rockefeller Center to Chinatown to Little Italy to St. Patrick's Cathedral to the Brooklyn Bridge to Ground Zero. We didn't get home till about 1AM or so. I'm about to explore the city again. Just waiting for my cousin to finish taking a bath. (Sana bilisan na niya kasi alis na alis na ako.)I'll post pictures when I go back to Chicago. As it is, I forgot to bring the connector of my digicam so the pictures will have to wait.

Hahaha...yabag man ni si mareng raquel oy! Diay naa pa ka sa NY, ayaw lang kabalaka akoy muatiman sa imong mga talamnon, basta ayaw kalimti ang pasalubong ni churchill kay siya bay guard hahhahaa

Raquel: Hehe, tingnan mo, ang lakas mo talaga sa 'kin :) Naghanap ka lang ng bagong post, gumawa agad ako ng bagong entry nung nasa NY pa ako, kahit paalis ako noon. Di ako nagparamdam kaagad pagbalik ko dito sa Chicago kasi lagare ako. I taught my class, then went straight to my other job. Sumingit lang ako sa computer n'ung nag-iwan ako ng message sa tagboard ni Nang Ethel. Uy wag ka nang magtampo, first honor ka naman, hehehe. :)
Nang Ethel: Salamat sa pag-asikaso sa bahay ko at sa pagdilig sa halaman ko, hahaha :) Salamat na rin kay Churchill, may gwardiya tuloy ako. Buhay na ulit tagboard mo, yehey! :) Ingat! Miss you!
