Soul-Seeker's Closet
Rina tagged me about a month ago but I didn't find out about it till last night when I read her previous entry. So...here goes. (Sowee for the delay!).Three random facts about my closet:
1. My closet is outside my bedroom (My bedroom used to be a dining room until my landlord decided to convert my apartment from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom unit.)
2. My closet doesn't have a light switch. (It used to have a light that would turn on automatically if I opened the closet but the light suddenly didn't go off at all so I had to remove the light bulb, for fear of burning down the house.)
3. It's a walk-in closet, so I can fit everything in--including my clothes, shoes, maletas, and bags I hardly use (and the sneakers my mom decided to hide and stash in my closet when she came to visit because I wore them all the bloody time).
Three item's I've never worn but still haven't tossed:
1. A shimmery light brown jacket my mom got for me in the Philippines. I burned the back part of the jacket while ironing it before an interview for my internship placement, but I haven't thrown it away yet.
2. A sheer cream blouse (medyo manang ang dating) that my roommate gave me
3. Long-sleeved blouses that my mom bought from Greenhills about 4 years ago
Three things I will never get rid of, no matter how ugly they get:
1. My 3-inch black Skechers!!!
2. My Nike (Presto) sneakers
3. My blue drawstring sweatpants (even if they have a pink stain and the hem is pretty frayed og naa pa gyud buslot nga gamay, haha)
Three things that I have a surprising number of:
1. Formal, long-sleeved blouses (which I hardly ever wear)
2. Slacks
3. Sweaters/cardigans
Three dominant colors in my wardrobe:
1. Black
2. Blue
3. Purple
Three items that people wouldn't expect to find in my closet:
1. Maria Clara dress
2. Stillettos (pity my toes!!!)
3. Thong undies (haha)
Three things ever fail to put me in a good mood whenever I wear them:
1. My favorite pair of jeans!!!
2. My favorite light-blue shirts
3. My favorite striped pink shirt (which I bought from a market in Mandaluyong for 80 pesos...brings back memories)
Three items that made me go, "Oh Lord, what was I thinking?":
1. A sleeveless, tan-colored dress that comes above my knees (My mom had this tailor-made for me before I came to the U.S. in 2002, and I've never worn it. Now, it doesn't even fit!)
2. My blue flats (also from my mom) that hurt my feet
3. My cream-colored, 3-inch heels that are a size too big for my feet (I had to wear it for a special event...I stuffed my shoes with so much tissue).

Gi sulti na ni Mare ang closet, hala diri na pod sa "people wouldn't expect to find in your closet". Ay conservative type ka pala sister. Wow, ang mura ng pink shirt na yun, Php 80 lang. Kilan mo pa ba yan binili.
Humana man diay ka sa assignment ni Mareng Ethel ako karon pa naka post intawon. Mas hiyang ka pala sa kubeta mag ampo, limyo cguro kaayo imong kabeta ba kay comprtable man kaayo ka, hehehe.

i.n.: haha, di lang ako mahilig mag-ayos/magbihis, yun lang yon. mas kikay sa 'kin nanay ko, mahilig sa formal na damit. ako naman, gusto ko lang kung anong comfortable.
nao: hello sis! okay ra, naa ko natun-an--"lesson" nako for the day. "game" man pud ko. bitaw, mas ganahan ko sa mga tawo na wa'y pretensions, hehe =) sige lang ko'g tawa while reading everyone's comments sa blog nimo. ay sus karon gi-himo namo nga tambayan ang imong blog. ayo-ayo!

bitaw, lingaw kau didto sad sa balay ni nao kay didto magtapok mga bisay, hehehe...naa say mga tagalog pero dili man sila kasabot sa unsay atong gitabi, so ok ra...dili gani, ddidto kang nang ethel og kang raq! pero kang raq kay naay bata nga mu-apil maong papulion mi ni raq og didto na gyud mi mutambay sa kang nang ethel, hehehe...
suroy ngadto kay makit-an nimo nanglaray ang mga giagian sa mga bisdak, way pili, comment box og katong iyang pinangga, as ppinanggggggggggggga! kau niya nga shout box ba ron? hehehe...o tagboard...na sigeg pahighblood nakog makit-an nako nga pahuwaton kog 120 seconds! asa ka an! hehehehe...

Hahahaha...nakatawa ko kay nasabtan na jud nimo tong akong matikmatik nga equation hek hek hek...si manoy DOps pwerte tawon niyang pamugos nako, kung unsay buot ipaibot dadto hehehe..pero na get nya oi, bright jud ni si manoy nako!
